    Our refill program allows you to refill your most loved eau de parfum. Same bottle, same scent, same perfume ( at ~20% off retail price).

  • HOW DOES THE ONLINE REFILL PROGRAM WORK?

    It's easy to understand. Same bottle, same scent, same perfume. Simply send us your empty perfume bottle in Le Labo's dedicated packaging, and a lab technician will refill your 50ml or 100ml bottle with the same scent and an updated personalized label. You will be reunited with your favorite scent between 5 – 10 business days.





    Order the same scent and size of your empty eau de parfum bottle.

    IMPORTANT: Our Refill Program lets you refill your favorite 50ml or 100ml eau de parfum using the same bottle. To order an eau de parfum refill, you must have an empty, undamaged bottle of the same size and scent as your refill selection.


    After your order is placed, we will send you a box with instructions and a little surprise...


    Once you have received the box from us, ship us your empty bottle using the box and return label provided. Please see step-by-step instructions below.

    Step 1
    Make sure your empty bottle is capped.
    Step 2
    Lift the upper flap of the platform.
    Step 3
    Place your empty bottle vertically on the lower flap of the platform.
    Step 4
    Lower the upper flap of the platform to secure bottle in place.
    Step 5
    Review order details on the invoice.
    Step 6
    Place the invoice on the platform, and seal the box for shipment.
    Step 7
    Drop off at the nearest location of the shipping carrier specified on your return label — and wait for your refill confirmation email for more details.

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ONLINE REFILLS & LAB REFILLS?

    Online refills can be ordered through our website—simply send in your empty bottle and receive it back, refilled, via shipment (learn more).

    Lab refills allow you to you experience the process in person at select locations worldwide.

    Whether online or in-store, your refill is freshly blended by one of our lab technicians.
  • CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE REFILL ORDER FOR IN-STORE PICKUP?

    Online refill orders are not eligible for in-store pickup. If you prefer to refill your eau de parfum in-store, we recommend visiting one of our participating labs. Please visit our store locator to find a lab near you.
  • WHICH CREATIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE REFILL PROGRAM?

    At the moment, our 50ml and 100ml City Exclusive Collection eau de parfum refills are available online, and our 50ml, 100ml, and 500ml City Exclusive Collection eau de parfum refills are available in select labs worldwide. Visit our store locator to find a lab near you featuring the refill icon . Always contact the store prior to confirm your fragrance and size is available for refills.
  • CAN I REFILL MY BOTTLE WITH A DIFFERENT SCENT?

    No, all bottles must be refilled with the same scent originally purchased.
  • WHEN REFILLING MY BOTTLE, CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE?

    No, all bottles must be refilled with the same size originally purchased.
  • WHEN REFILLING MY BOTTLE, CAN I UPDATE MY PERSONALIZATION?

    Each refill comes with a new label featuring the date your bottle was refilled. When ordering, you have the option to add personalization. If you choose not to add personalization, your creation will be labeled with "You."
  • WHY DOES MY FRAGRANCE SMELL DIFFERENT?

    Good things come to those who wait... all freshly compounded eau de parfums undergo a process of maceration, which typically takes at least 14 days from the day they are mixed. Olfactive evolutions can occur within this period allowing the perfume to manifest its true olfactive characteristic. We recommend storing your bottle at room temperature and away from direct sunlight for optimal care.
